The 35% cut comes from sector research, not from our app: we are an MVP with no customer data yet. This is your estimate, not our promise.

Product dies quietly on the shelf.

Nobody decides to throw away US$ 1,000 a month. It happens because the date was on the box and nobody was watching. Today the options are all bad:

Option one

A spreadsheet and a clipboard

Two to three hours a day walking the aisles, typed in by hand, wrong by Friday.

Option two

An enterprise system

Thousands of dollars, a consultant, three weeks of training your staff will not finish.

Option three

A generic inventory app

Counts stock. Has no idea what a best-before date is, and never tells you first.

Clavoware does one job instead: it knows what expires next, and it tells the person who can still do something about it.

How it works

Three habits and you stop losing money.

The same three steps your team already does badly on paper, just faster, and with the clock running for you.

  1. Scan on arrival

The barcode and the expiry date, as the delivery comes in. Under ten seconds a product, one thumb, no keyboard.

    • Barcode auto-read
    • +3 / +7 / +14 day shortcuts
    • Manual entry for damaged labels
    • Torch for the cold room
    • Queues offline
  2. We watch the clock

Alerts at fourteen, seven and three days, and on the day itself. Every morning at eight, before the store fills up.

    • Daily 08:00 summary
    • Push, in-app, or both
    • Thresholds per category
    • Money at risk, not item counts
  3. Act while it still sells

Discount it, move it to the front, or write it off. Clavoware suggests which, and keeps the receipt of what you saved.

    • Suggested discount %
    • Mark sold / discarded in bulk
    • Undo
    • Saved-this-month total

Colour that means something

One glance tells you how bad it is.

Four bands, four words. Red is never decoration in Clavoware: it only ever means act now, on the shelf and in the app.

Every band carries a word as well as a colour, so it still reads in daylight, in the cold room, and for the staff who see red differently.

Real MVP screens.

Works with no signal

Scans queue on the phone and sync themselves. The loading dock never blocks receiving again.

Bulk decisions

Select twenty items at once and mark them sold or discarded in a single tap, with undo.

Alerts at 08:00

Fourteen, seven, three days, and the day itself: set per category, delivered before the rush.

Saved, not just lost

Every acted-on alert is counted, so the monthly number shows what the app gave back.

Many stores, one list

Branches ranked by waste, so head office starts Monday with a name, not a hunch.

Built for every age

16px minimum body text, 48px targets, and no status carried by colour alone.

Early access

We are new. That is exactly why now is the moment.

Clavoware is an MVP: the app works, the customers do not exist yet. We are opening ten places for the first stores that want to finish building it with us.

Free while it is an MVP

You pay nothing until the app shows you money recovered on your own products.

Price locked

Today’s price stays fixed for your chain, even after it goes up for everyone else.

You talk to the people building it

No tier-one support: the team writing the code answers you directly.

Finished in your back room

What you ask for in week one ships in next month’s version.

What we do not have yet

Customers, case studies, result numbers. When they exist they will be on this page with a name, a store and a date, not before. Until then, all we ask for is one delivery to test it on.

Before you decide

The eight questions we always get.

If yours is missing, write to us and you get an answer the same day.

How many supermarkets use it today?

None yet: we are picking the first ten stores. If you want case studies before deciding, write to us in three months; if you want the product shaped around how you work, now is the moment.

Do I need to buy scanners or hardware?

No. It uses the phone camera your team already carries, Android or iOS. If you prefer a Bluetooth scanner, that works too.

How long does my team take to learn it?

Ten minutes. Scanning is three taps, and the goods-in screen shows no number anyone has to interpret.

What if there is no signal in the back room?

Scans are stored on the phone and sync themselves when the connection returns. Receiving never stops.

Does it integrate with my POS?

CSV export from day one. On the Chain plan we connect by API to your ERP or POS during onboarding.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No. Month to month, cancel from the app, and come back later without losing your history.

Who owns the data?

Your company. Export all of it whenever you like; we never sell or share it with third parties.

What happens when the 30-day trial ends?

You choose the Pro or Chain plan and add a card only then; nothing is charged automatically and you keep your data if you have not decided yet.

Start with tomorrow’s delivery.

Sign up now, scan the first pallet in the morning, and see your money at risk by Thursday.
